Surface preparation:

- For new surfaces: Brush or wire brush can be used to clean the adherent components. If there are protruding positions above 3mm, they must be removed.

- For old surface: need to clean all stains on the surface with a hard brush, microorganisms can be cleaned with appropriate fungicides and washed with clean water 24 hours before painting.

- For old surfaces with fragile / peeling layers, they must be cleaned and waited dry (after about 24 hours if cleaned with water), cracks must be sealed and wait for dry after exam. work with thicker products and use the same fiberglass mesh and stone powder (if necessary).

Concrete debris needs to be cleaned.

Method

and tools:

- The surface before construction must be dry and clean, free from oil, grease, moss and moldy materials.

- Lining: Add 20-30% water to VTB-1 and mix well. Use a brush, roller or spray on a surface with a liner. Allow this liner to dry completely before applying the next layer.

- Coating layer: After the lining is dry, use rulo or brush pure VTB-1 onto the surface to be waterproofed. Layer 2 needs to be scanned in a direction perpendicular to layer 1 to ensure the product fills the surface.

Cleaning tools:

Rinse all tools after application with clean water. Once frozen, it will be difficult to clean.

Dry time:

About 2 - 4 hours, maximum 12 hours after application (depending on temperature, humidity and wind speed conditions). Check with your fingertips, when you press down, you don't see the product sticking out.

Noted:

- Do not apply the product in wet weather, high humidity.

- Need to stir the product before use.

- VTB-1 can dry faster than recommended, so there is a need for pressure and appropriate injection rate.

- Do not mix VTB-1 with any products, fillers, additives before construction.
